Hi, kane896 Pugs. We haven't had the chance to meet yet, I made my intro thread if you'd like to take a look.
I see your work and I see you're trying the best you can. I do ask what program are you using? Is it GIMP, photoshop, what?
EDIT: I see you have already stated what program you use, that being Photoshop...
Let me be honest with you, sir. I used photoshop when I started out and HATED it, with a passion. This was several years ago, and I couldn't dislike it anymore than I already did. I made the switch to GIMP, and though it took time and time again to improve, I found it an easier and smoother program to use. I also want to give you a link that may help you, as I see you're wanting to improve.
psd-dreams.de
That is your link to superstars/divas renders, as well as anything like PPV logos and whatnot. I've used it and I LOVE it!! What you do, is you make a free account and then you go to a superstar you like, click on the photo, and there's 3 buttons, including 2 that says "Download".. Click the first one that says download, and it'll save it onto your computer. You can use that to get into GIMP (if you wish to move there) and put that superstar or diva render on your graphics work, and it helps a ton!
What a render is/does, is it is a plain superstar. Such as, when you want to use a superstar's picture, this render will not have a background that goes with it, that makes it look so choppy and incompatible.
So I know I covered a lot of ground sir, so just take a moment or two and process this entire thing. I would love to applaud you for your efforts, and this same outreach to me when I was beginning helped me improve. God bless, sir! Have an excellent day!

Nice to meet you as well! BTW that avatar looks like some of your best work!!
One thing to work on is text. See, programs don't provide much good text options, they just don't.. So many go to sites like 'dafont.com' is a real good one, and that helps with getting better looking text.

I can't explain it that well because I haven't went through the step by step in a little while. I hope one of those videos help.
Looking forward to your GFX, waiting for it.
Well my work is on my photobucket, but as far as making new stuff, I'm not too sure if I'll be downloading gimp on my new laptop - or if I'm even able to.
